8． 組織員工進行設備操作，SOP工藝要求等方面培訓。
Organize and train operators to operate equipment and SOP process requirements.
9． 協(xié)助各部門，以更快更好的方式生產優(yōu)質的成品明膠。
Assist different departments to produce good quality gelatine with faster and better method.
10． 對員工的工作效率及結果進行監(jiān)督。
Supervise working efficiency and result of operator.
應聘要求：5年以上生產制造行業(yè)一線生產管理工作經驗，對化工原理有一定了解，化學、化工專業(yè)優(yōu)先。
